I understand your Return Policy

All returns must be approved within 30 days of purchase, and be in like-new condition. Returns are not allowed for installed units, or remote controls if the packaging has been opened. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. When the product(s) have been inspected and approved for a refund, the purchaser will be refunded the purchase price, minus a 15% inspection and re-stocking fee.

We use FedEx to provide free shipping to the lower 48 states. For Canadian shipments, due to the additional cost of shipping to Canada, there is a $50 USD surcharge per device.
